QuHarrison Terry is training in public for the Great World Race — seven marathons, seven continents, one week. This is the record of that work.

The Why

Running became the operating system. Every early morning on the road is a ledger entry — proof that the work happened, that the body showed up, that the mind followed. The Great World Race is the deadline that makes every mile matter.

This site is the public record. No filters, no edits. Just the miles, the splits, the weather, and what broke along the way.

The How

Training is built around three things: base volume, heat adaptation, and recovery under load. Each week is a small experiment — stress, rest, measure, adjust.

The tools are simple. A watch, a pair of shoes, a route, and the discipline to start before the sun does.
