MORE ABOUT QU
Japan
Running was brutally simple. No prompt that could make me fitter. No algorithm that could finish the last six miles. No shortcut around adaptation. If I wanted to improve, I had to do the work. Run. Recover. Come back. Run again.

THE RECEIPTS
244 RUNS · 241 HOURS · LONGEST 24.2 MI No estimates. Just the work on record.
SEE EVERY MILE →In 2026, I wondered if I could run seven marathons on seven continents in one week? I didn’t know whether I could do it. I STILL DON’T. THAT’S THE POINT.
THE GREAT WORLD RACE.
